When Moin was just five, he would spend hours with crayons and paper, filling our home with his bright drawings and imaginative art. But like all children, he grew—and so did his heart.

Today, Moin is a teenager, and his art has taken a new form: compassion. His only real hobby now is rescuing street kittens and injured animals. He doesn't just feed them—he makes them family.

One of them is in this picture. Moin found this kitten helpless and tiny on a rainy evening. No one else noticed her, but he did. He wrapped her in an old scarf, gave her warm milk, and stayed awake that night to make sure she made it through.

Now, she naps in his arms like she’s always belonged.

Our neighbors joke that our house has become a 'chirya ghar'—a little zoo. But what they don’t see is the quiet joy it brings to Moin. His room has less space for toys now, and more for food bowls, tiny beds, and rescued stories with paws.

As a mother, I feel proud. Moin may not draw with pencils anymore, but he paints the world around him with kindness.
